When you are READY TO ORDER include:
1. The swaddle print you would like to order
2. If you want the double layered blanket: include print you want for each side
3. If you want the blanket personalized, include the font style (examples in the last picture of listing), thread color, and name or names you want on the blanket

When choosing the number of names on your blanket, keep the following in mind:
• A first name, middle name, last name and birthdate are considered 1 NAME EACH.
Example: a first and middle name = 2 names, a first and last name with birthdate = 3 names, a first name with 2 names = 2 names
