8 oz. cream cheese

1 tsp of flavoring (mint, almond, lemon, etc)

food coloring- pink, yellow, purple

1 2 # bag of powdered sugar

Mix cream cheese, flavoring, and food coloring.  (if you want three colors, do 1 batch of each color).  Add the powdered sugar slowly and mix until well blended.  Make marble size balls, rolling in white gradulate sugar.  Press into flower molds right away. Take out and allow to dry until firm.  Put in freezer until ready to use.

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

1/2 gallon raspberry sherbet

2 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice

1 (2 liter) bottle lemon lime soda

Soften ice cream and sherbet; mix well.  Add pineapple juice.  Add lemon lime soda just before serving.
